Guidebook

Everything the console does and how to work it, from the first morning. Read it once, then use the contents to come back to a piece of it.

Nothing here is behind a switch. If a screen looks different to this, Show advanced tools is on.

1The one lane: contact forms, worldwide

Small and medium businesses and agencies anywhere in the world that have a contact form. Lots of them, found for you; you fill and send the form; they book a call on gieek.store/book.

Who

Two kinds only. Small and medium businesses — we become their development team: their software, custom projects and development, at a very good rate and fast. Agencies — web, digital, marketing, IT — we pick up their work and deliver all of it under their name.

Where they come from

Every three hours a free GitHub job walks a list of cities around the world, reads OpenStreetMap for businesses and agencies that have a website, opens each site and keeps only the ones with a contact form. They land on Businesses, newest first. You can also search Google Maps yourself (any city, any trade) and click the businesses bookmark: the window that opens checks each website, finds the site by name when the card has none, and adds only the ones with a contact form — keep it open until it says Done.

What gets written

No packages and no prices. The AI reads the business and your résumé, and writes two or three things we could do for this business in particular, then asks them to book a call at gieek.store/book. Put your résumé in Businesses, Setup — the better it is, the better the messages.

The loop

  1. 1Businesses opens on the forms still to fill.
  2. 2Open one, Write, the website tab — the message is written.
  3. 3Press Fill with the extension; check it; press their Send.
  4. 4Mark it sent — the next form opens by itself.

2What this is

One place to find businesses worth talking to, reach the person who decides, and keep track of what came back.

The idea

You automate small businesses, one fix at a time. The console finds those businesses, works out who owns each one, finds a free and polite way to reach that person, writes the message in your voice, and remembers everything that happened after.

The two halves

Businesses holds companies. People holds individuals — an owner you researched, or somebody who runs a community you want to be part of. A person can point back at the business they belong to, and that business stays exactly as it was.

Nothing costs money

Every source is free: Google Maps read in your own browser, state licence registers, company registers, the Better Business Bureau, public search. The writing runs on free model quotas. Where something would cost, the console does without it instead.

Nothing goes out on its own

Email is the only thing the console can send, and only after a person releases it. Everything else — LinkedIn, Instagram, a contact form, a phone call — is written for you and sent by you. A console that could message on somebody else’s platform by itself is a console that can get the account restricted while nobody is watching.

3Your day

Open Today and work down the list. When the list is empty, catch more businesses.

The list on Today

Open Today →

Five groups, in the order they are worth doing. Each line is a business or a person, and clicking it goes straight to where the work happens. The tick puts a line away for the day, and everybody signed in sees the same ticks, so two people never do the same one twice.

  1. 1Answer — somebody wrote back. Always first: one reply is worth more than a hundred new leads.
  2. 2Send — a message is written and waiting, or the plan says today is the day.
  3. 3Follow up — a second touch is due, or overdue.
  4. 4Decide — research found a profile that might be them. Yes or no.
  5. 5Research — a new lead nobody has looked into yet.

When the list runs out

Find businesses →

Go to Find businesses, pick a city and a trade, read a page of Google Maps with the bookmark, and the good ones are researched and added by themselves. Twenty to forty a day is plenty; the limit is how many you can write to properly, not how many you can collect.

What good looks like

The Answer group empty by the end of the day. Nothing older than a week in Send. Follow-ups done on the day they come up. New leads researched within a day or two of arriving, while the reason you picked them is still true.

4Every screen

Four sections in the menu. Most days you only need the first.

The to-do list, then the counts underneath: what is waiting in each half of the business, and whether every source is still answering.

Businesses

Businesses →

The whole pipeline as a list. Search it, sort it, filter by stage. Select rows to research several at once, write to several at once, or move them all to another stage. “Waiting on you” sits at the top with every message written and not yet sent.

A business page

Everything known about one company on one page: who decides and how sure the console is, every way to reach them ranked best first, their details, the plan of what to do and when, what has been sent, what came back, and your notes.

Write

Where the messages are written. A tab for the plan, one for email, one for LinkedIn, one for a proposal, and one for every network the research actually found. Generate, read it, change what you want, send it or mark it sent.

Find businesses

Find businesses →

City plus trade, then the “Read businesses” bookmark on a Google Maps results page. The rows come back here, get researched, and the ones that clear the bar are added to Businesses.

Individuals rather than companies. The same research, the same writing, the same statuses. Use it for an owner you want to reach personally, or for somebody whose community you want to be part of.

Everything that came back: replies read straight from your mailboxes, enquiries from the website, and people who answered you on another channel and were marked as replied by hand. An opt-out is acted on immediately and forever.

Calendar

Calendar →

Calls booked through your public booking page, and what was agreed on each.

Controls

Controls →

Settings, your mailboxes, the shared database, and — for the owner — the health panel that says whether everything meant to run by itself is actually able to.

Remote jobs and Visa jobs

The same machinery pointed at work rather than clients: roles found, checked against sponsor registers where that matters, and applications written the same way.

Show advanced tools

One switch, in Setup. Off, every screen shows the everyday version. On, the extra filters, columns, numbers, evidence and technical settings appear. An employee does not need it on.

5How a lead travels

Caught, researched, scored, understood, reached, answered.

1. Caught

The bookmark reads a page of Google Maps in your own browser — a server is refused, which is the whole reason it works this way — and posts the rows to the console. Anything already seen is dropped on the spot.

2. Researched

No AI here, only facts. It checks whether the address can receive mail, finds their website, reads it for what they promise and what they run on, looks them up in the state licence register and the company register, checks whether they are hiring, and writes a short brief of what it learned.

3. Scored

Four things, out of a hundred: do they need it, can they afford it, is now the moment, and is there a person to talk to. Seventy or more AND a free way in means kept. Everything else goes on the shelf with the reason, where you can overrule it.

4. Who decides

The owner, from the licence, the company register, their own website, the Better Business Bureau and public search. Each name carries how sure the console is and what it read. A registered agent is a law firm, not the owner, so it never counts for much on its own.

5. Ways in

Every free way to reach that person, ranked: a named email, their booking page, their contact form, the phone, a forum they post in, their social profiles. LinkedIn is deliberately last — connection requests are scarce and a wasted one cannot be got back.

6. The plan

The chosen way in, a backup, and a handful of steps with dates. One step is live at a time and the page says which. Sending something ticks the step it belongs to.

7. Stages

New, Emailed, Follow-up, Replied, Call booked, Won or Lost. The stage moves by itself when something happens, and you can always set it by hand.

6How the words are written

Your profile, everything known about them, and what has worked before.

Their contact form, filled for you

The one way in with no cap and no spam folder: a message through their own site lands in the owner’s inbox. On Write → Their own site, Generate, then press Fill their form. The extension opens their page in a tab, types your details and the message into the boxes it recognises, outlines them, and stops at Send — you look and press it, then mark it sent. Businesses → Has a contact form is the lane; twenty seconds each.

Where the voice comes from

Open Setup →

Your business profile in Setup: what you offer, who it is for, the proof, and what you ask for. Check it once — every message in the console is written from it, so a vague profile makes vague messages.

What it knows about them

The review count, the 24/7 promise, the family-owned line, the year they started, whether they are hiring, what their site runs on, who decides there, and every message already sent to them. One true detail about their business is the difference between a message that reads as written for them and one that reads as spam.

What it remembers

Your own past messages, and especially the ones that got a reply, are kept and offered back to the writer when a new message is close enough in subject. The writing drifts towards what worked, on its own.

The shape of a message

One specific true thing about them, then what you do in a sentence, then why it matters to a business like theirs, then a small ask. Length is capped per channel — a connection note is 300 characters and does not pitch at all.

What is checked before you see it

Spam phrases, a message that could have gone to anyone, a message that never says what you offer, a note that pitches when it should not, invented facts, and — in a proposal — any figure that does not come from your pricing. Anything caught is written again before it reaches you.

The controls you have

Angle and tone, “write three ways” to compare, re-roll one paragraph rather than the whole message, and polish. Ask about this lead answers questions in plain language and remembers the thread.

Read it before it goes

The console is good, not right. If a fact in a message is wrong, the fix is usually on the lead page, not in the wording.

7What happens without you

Four things run on a schedule. None of them sends a cold message by itself.

Autopilot, weekday mornings

Reads the mailboxes, answers an interested reply once per thread, tends the pipeline, hunts a city and trade when supply is low, and writes drafts into “Waiting on you”. It never sends cold mail. On Mondays it emails the owner the week.

The sender, weekday afternoons

Sends what a person released, inside the day’s allowance and the recipient’s hours, and stops on bounces.

Research on the server

When a page of businesses is caught, the research is handed to a server, so closing the laptop does not stop it. With the search key set, it finds the owners and their profiles too.

The browser catch-up

While a console tab is open with the extension installed, any lead the server could not search is quietly searched here, one every few seconds. If owners are not being found, this is usually why: no tab open, or the extension needs reloading.

8When something looks wrong

Check Controls → Setup → “Is it all running?” first. It names what is missing and what to do.

No owners are being found

Either no console tab has been open, or the extension is not installed or is out of date. The bar at the top of Businesses says which. Failing that, the free search engines are resting after too many questions — it says that too, with how long.

Nothing is being sent

Drafts have to be released, and only email can be released. Outside sending hours, or with a mailbox paused after bounces, the sender waits. The health panel says which of those it is.

The writer refuses

The day’s free model quota is spent. The health panel shows how much is left of each. It comes back the next day and nothing is lost.

Write on this computer instead (free, no daily limit)

Controls → Setup → “Is it all running?” → Write on this computer. With Ollama installed and a model pulled, every draft made in this browser is written by the model on this machine; the server still builds the prompt, with the offer and the memory, and still checks the draft. Once per computer, allow the site: in a terminal run setx OLLAMA_ORIGINS "https://console.gieek.store,https://gieek-console.vercel.app" and restart Ollama. A small local model writes plainer than the online ones — switch it off for a message that matters.

A name is wrong

Press “✗ not them” under Who decides. The name is struck off for good, the next best person takes over, and research will never suggest them again.

A profile might not be them

Anything the console is unsure about is listed as “might be them” and waits for you rather than being used. Say no and it is dropped.

Leads look missing

Check the stage filter, and whether you are looking at the shelf. Nothing is deleted without somebody typing DELETE, and a backup file is downloaded first.

9What is sold, and to whom

Three buyers, three offers. The console picks the right one from the lead itself — you never choose it.

A business owner: one fix, picked for them

Businesses →

We automate small businesses, one fix at a time. For every lead the console reads the research and picks the one thing that business most plainly needs — an AI phone line, online booking, review requests, a website, instant replies to enquiries, a chat assistant, a win-back campaign or a dashboard — with a fixed price and a delivery time in days. It shows on the Offer card on the lead and on the Write screen, with the reason it was picked. Every email, every message, the page built for that business and the proposal all sell exactly that, at exactly that price. One press switches to the next best fit, and the price can be typed over for one business. One fixed price per fix, whatever the size of the business — the same figures the site publishes. The four old packages are retired; anything bigger than a fix is quoted in writing on the proposal.

  1. 1AI phone line: no setup fee, $179 a month with 500 minutes included, live in 2 days.
  2. 2Online booking with reminders: $149 setup, $39 a month, 3 days. Review requests: $99, $59 a month, 2 days.
  3. 3Instant reply to enquiries: $199, $79 a month, 2 days. Chat assistant: $199, $69 a month, 3 days. Win-back campaign: $297 once, 3 days.
  4. 4Website: $497, $49 a month, 5 days. Dashboard: $697 in two stages ($297 to start, $400 on sign-off), $99 a month, 7 days.
  5. 5On all of them: month to month, cancel any time, refunded if it is not worth it in the first 30 days, half of any setup up front. The same figures are on the site's Pricing page.

An agency, anywhere: builds under their name

Find agencies →

Marketing, web design, SEO and advertising agencies in any country sell more than they can build. They are offered fixed-price white-label builds in 7 days with an NDA: AI voice receptionist $1,200, automation build $900, website or web app $1,500, dashboard or CRM from $2,000, first build half price. Find them on Find businesses under the Agencies group; they get their own emails and their own score, because a good agency has a good website and would otherwise be thrown away.

  1. 1Find businesses → trade group Agencies → any city in the world (London, Dubai, Sydney) → read Google Maps with the bookmark.
  2. 2They arrive in Businesses scored as agencies. Write & queue gives them the agency email, with the portfolio link.
  3. 3When one replies with a brief, answer with a fixed price and a date the same day.

A Reddit hiring post or a broken automation: a fixed-price reply

Hunt →

Remote jobs → Hunt → Reddit, with one of the company keywords (n8n, make.com, zapier, gohighlevel, vapi, automation, next.js, fix). A gig is answered as the company, not as a CV: what we would do, a fixed price or the one question that sets it, and for anything broken the rescue offer — fixed in 48 hours, $250 flat, no fix no fee. Reply within the hour; these go to whoever answers first.

Getting paid from abroad

Controls → Setup →

Payments arrive through Payoneer receiving accounts: a US account in dollars, a UK account in pounds and a euro IBAN. The invoice shows the one that is local to the client — so an American pays a domestic transfer, a British client a UK one, a German a SEPA one — and the US account for everybody else. The owner pastes each account once in Controls → Setup → Getting paid; they are kept in the shared database, never in the app's code. Take half up front on any build. Proposals and invoices also print the company registration.

The writer knows all of this

Setup →

The offers, prices, steps and bank details live in Setup and are written into the writer's memory automatically whenever they change. A message to an agency quotes the agency prices, a reply to a Pakistani shop quotes rupees and the UBL account, and neither ever leaks into the other.

10Where to post the free apps

The other business: free apps and games paid for by ads. They grow when people see them, so the console keeps every place a post gets seen and tells you where to post which app today. It never writes the post and never posts — you do.

The registry. Press Seed the apps once and the thirteen known ones appear with their Play status. Keep Play status honest: an app in closed testing cannot be installed by the public until twelve testers have had it for fourteen days, so the console sends it to tester-swap places first. When Play makes it live, change it to Live on Play.

Every place a post gets seen: subreddits, Facebook groups, Telegram, Discord servers, X hashtags, WhatsApp communities, Q&A sites, forums, web-game portals, app directories, launch sites and your own channels. Each carries the one rule that gets a post removed, how long to wait before the same app goes back, and stars for how many installs a post there tends to bring. Turn off what you cannot use; rewrite a rule after reading the page.

Finding more

Find more →

Find more places on Places picks an app and searches the web for groups, servers, channels and boards of every kind. Open each result, read its rules, and press Keep on the ones worth joining — nothing is saved until you do. You can also type a search of your own, or Add a place for a group you already know.

Post today

Post today →

The same app is not offered the same place again until its waiting gap has passed. Rows with a tester place are marked needed first.

  1. 1Open Post today: one row per app per place, as many as Setup says.
  2. 2Open the place, read the rule on the row, write the post yourself.
  3. 3Copy the Play link or the web link from the row — it carries the place's name so installs can be credited.
  4. 4Post it, paste your post's address if you like, press Posted. Skip hides a row for now.

11Only the owner

An employee account can do everything above and none of this.

Locked settings

The duplicate rule, the score bars, what matters to you, sending hours, the daily caps, and the advanced switch. One wrong duplicate setting once turned eight thousand leads into a hundred and twenty thousand — that is the class of mistake these locks exist to stop.

Deleting

Start over, and deleting a batch from the list, are owner-only. Both export everything first.

The search key, the server token and the writing key are set outside the console, once. The health panel says which are still missing and exactly what to do about each.

12The words used here

Lead

One business or one person in the pipeline.

Who decides

The person at that business worth writing to, with how sure the console is and what it read to decide that.

Way in

A free, polite route to that person: an address, a form, a booking page, a profile, a phone number.

The plan

The chosen way in, a backup, and dated steps. One step is live at a time.

Draft

A written message that has not been sent. It lives in “Waiting on you”.

Released

An email handed to the scheduled sender. Only email can be released.

Marked sent

You saying a message went. That press is what records it everywhere.

The shelf

Researched businesses that did not clear the bar, kept with the reason so you can overrule it.

Suppressed

An address that asked not to be written to. Permanent, and across every mailbox.

Warm-up

A new sending domain building from five a day to forty, so it is not treated as a spammer.

13Owner setup, once

Five things, set outside the console. Controls → Setup → “Is it all running?” says which are still missing.

  1. 1

Serper key — Google results for the server

serper.dev, sign up, no card. Copy the key into Vercel (project gieek-console, Settings, Environment Variables, SERPER_API_KEY, Production) and redeploy. Add the same key in GitHub under Settings, Secrets, Actions. Until this is set, owners are only found while a console tab is open.

  2. 2

GitHub token — research on the server

GitHub, Settings, Developer settings, Fine-grained tokens. One repository, gieek-console, with Actions set to Read and write. Put it in Vercel as GITHUB_DISPATCH_TOKEN and redeploy.

  3. 3

Gemini key in GitHub — the autopilot writing

GitHub, repository, Settings, Secrets, Actions, GEMINI_API_KEY. The same key Vercel already has.

  4. 4

    An employee account

Supabase, SQL editor, once: alter table members add column if not exists role text not null default 'owner'; then update members set role = 'employee' where email = 'their address'; They sign in as themselves and the owner-only things are greyed out for them.

  5. 5

    The extension, on each machine

Chrome, chrome://extensions, Developer mode on, Load unpacked, choose the extension folder in the gieek-console repo. After an update press the reload arrow on its card — the bar on Businesses says when that is needed.
